Members of the public are invited to attend a community meeting to discuss future projects for Arnhall Moss, Westhill.
The meeting, which will be hosted by Aberdeenshire Council's ranger service and environmental planners at Westhill Academy, will start at 7pm tonight.
Fiona Banks, Garioch area ranger, is looking forward to the meeting and hopes to see a strong turnout from the local community.
"It's important that residents give us feedback on recent improvement works and help in planning projects and events for 2009 and beyond," she said.
"A number of works are planned for the next few months and we hope to further improve access to the moss so more people can come and explore."
Arnhall Moss is one of only two local nature reserves in Aberdeenshire and a new path was completed earlier this year to extend walks for local residents and visitors.
Volunteers have also been working hard to clear overgrown vegetation from the burns and ponds so walkers can take full advantage of the new bridges.
These works are the result of a successful bid for a Woodlands In and Around Towns (WIAT) grant.
