DM Hall, a leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with a growing UK-wide presence, has secured a record intake of 15 new graduates.
This signifies a substantial investment in the firm's talent pool and its commitment to the surveying profession.
The new cohort will be placed across DM Hall's wide range of surveying disciplines and office locations, participating in a structured training programme designed to prepare them for their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Recognising the critical importance of nurturing this new talent, Partner Ian Woods, who heads the West of Scotland Commercial Valuation department, will take on expanded responsibilities for Learning and Development and graduate recruitment.
John McHugh, Managing Partner of DM Hall, expressed his satisfaction at providing these young people with a path to a "rewarding, respected and socially useful profession." He noted that the graduates bring "up-to-the-minute knowledge," "fresh perspectives," and "technological fluency," which will be vital for the profession as it faces new challenges from complex regulations and emerging technologies.
Ian Woods added that the entire firm is delighted to support this significant number of new recruits, who represent "the future of the surveying profession as it navigates the hurdles of the 21st century." DM Hall remains committed to attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining the next generation of surveyors.
