Farrans claimed success at this year's Construction News (CN) Awards after scooping Project of the Year in the £20m – £50m category.
The honours recognised the £29.5 million Govan to Partick Bridge project, for Glasgow City Council and Glasgow City Region, which delivered a pedestrian and cycle swing bridge over the River Clyde.
Since the public opening last September, there have been more than 820,000 crossings of the bridge by pedestrians and 185,000 cyclist crossings.
The judges said: "Congratulations to Farrans for their remarkable Govan to Partick Bridge project. This iconic structure was recognised by the panel for its vital role in reconnecting two communities.
