Moray Council is urging its housing tenants to participate in its three-yearly tenant satisfaction survey.

The survey seeks to gather feedback from tenants on various topics such as repairs and maintenance, tenant involvement, communication, neighbourhood conditions and overall value for money.

The results will be used to make decisions about services and prioritise improvements. Some of the data is included in the council’s annual report to the Scottish Housing Regulator and enables it to compare its performance with other landlords.

The survey is being carried out by an independent market research company, Knowledge Partnership. They will interview a sample of 1,500 tenants by phone between 8 July and 9 September 2024. Tenants can choose whether or not they want to take part in the survey.

Taking around 20 minutes, the survey offers tenants the chance to share their views to help the council improve its housing services. All responses will be anonymous and confidential.
