Three projects from CCG have been named as finalists in the 14th annual Scottish Home Awards 2021.
Craigmillar Town Centre – the 194-home Craigmillar Town Centre is the latest phase of housing-led regeneration located in Craigmillar, Edinburgh. Delivered in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council and Anderson Bell Christie, the project has been nominated in the Affordable Housing Development of the Year category.
Creveul Court – Also designed by Anderson Bell Christie, Creveul Court is an affordable housing development located in Alexandria that has brought 22 much-needed amenity homes to West Dunbartonshire. Delivered in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council, Creveul Court is the second CCG project to be nominated for Affordable Housing Development of the Year.
Riverford Gardens – Riverford Gardens, a development led by CCG Homes, has also been nominated for Housing Regeneration Project of the Year and Large Housing Development of the Year (Private Sale). Located in Glasgow's Southside, the development comprises the regeneration of a site formally that of manufacturing premises that has been transformed into 156 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. The development was a Scottish Home Award winner in 2019 having secured the House of the Year for the stunning Terraced Villa house type, a modern interpretation of the traditional Glasgow South terraced home.
The Scottish Home Awards are set to take place on 16 September 2021. CCG said that they "congratulate each of the partners involved in the delivery of these projects and wish all nominees the best of luck!"
