Plans have been submitted to build more than 40 new 'affordable' homes in Dundee.
Abertay Housing Association and CCG are proposing to build 43 new units on the site of the former Charleston Primary School.
Designed by Oliver and Robb and Scott Bennett Associates, features include a mix of homes together with cottage flats to provide ground floor wheelchair provision.
Abertay Chief Executive, Ian Thomson, said: "We are delighted both to be continuing our commitment to the Charleston community, and to be working with an innovative partner such as CCG. These 43 houses are not only important to the local community, but also play a part in the provision of new housing across the city.
"Abertay remain committed to providing more new homes as well as investing in the homes of our current tenants."
Calum Murray, Director of CCG, added: "We are delighted to be working with Abertay Housing Association as we return to the city to bring much needed affordable housing. The homes will be constructed using the CCG iQ timber frame system which is manufactured in our bespoke CCG Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) facility located in Cambuslang, a process that will ensure quality, enhanced environmental performance and when on site, a faster speed of build."
