All of the flats have been designed for future adaption and are fully accessible to people that may require the use of a wheelchair.
At Nimmo Avenue, the two-phase project comprises of 16 cottage flats. The second Cairns Crescent development, located north of Nimmo Avenue, consists of a single block of eight cottage flats.
CCG are still on site with an eight-flat project on Glenearn Road, while a further 20 homes are being developed at Birch Avenue in Scone.
Calum Murray, Director of CCG (Scotland), said: "This year we’ve really expanded the geographical reach of our work enabling us to launch a positive relationship with Perth & Kinross Council on this development.
"We look forward to continuing our work in the area to provide environmentally efficient, cost effective homes that meet the needs of modern day living and help meet local and national housing targets."
Cllr Peter Barrett added: "Both of these builds have transformed unsightly lock-up sites into light and bright housing that will provide much-needed affordable accommodation for local people and also enhance the local neighbourhood.
"The new high-quality flats will give homes to new tenants with a range of accommodation needs. Both builds have ground floor accessible properties for wheelchairs and people with other mobility needs, which will be a valuable addition to the Councils housing stock."
