Morgan Sindall has secured places on two Scottish council frameworks worth over £140 million.
The company has been selected to Aberdeenshire Council's £125m main contractor programme, as well as the City of Edinburgh's £20m first major project main contractor framework.
The three-year programme for Aberdeenshire Council has the option to extend by an additional year and replaces existing arrangements which were tendered in 2013. The framework is anticipated to be used as a procurement method for schools, offices and other community facility projects.
In Edinburgh, Morgan Sindall will use the programme to procure services to develop civic facilities such as schools, leisure developments and a range of other community buildings.
The appointments follows an announcement in September that the company had secured a spot on the hub South West Scotland framework as a tier one contractor.
Harry Thorburn, Morgan Sindall's managing director of construction in Scotland, said: "The type and size of the projects which will be procured through both of these frameworks are ideally suited to our company.
"We are very pleased to have been appointed to both frameworks which will provide great scope for us to add to our growing order book. We look forward to assisting each local authority to deliver important community facilities which arise via both of these appointments."
