The majority of Scottish social housing tenants are happy with their landlord's performance, according to a new report.
In the Scottish Housing Regulator's Scottish Social Housing Charter, nine out of 10 tenants said they were satisfied with the overall service their landlord provides.
Overall, social landlords continue to perform well across the Charter. Satisfaction levels with repairs and maintenance has improved, with landlords responding almost two hours faster on average to emergency repairs since the first year of the Charter.
In addition, tenants are more satisfied their landlord offers value for money and landlords' average planned rent increases are down from 3.5% in 2013/14 to 1.9% in 2015/16.
Kay Blair, the Regulator's Chair, said while the overall picture is "one of continued strong performance", on a national scale some landlords "have more work to do than others to improve".
"Publishing our national analysis at the same time as our individual landlord reports means tenants and landlords can see a fuller picture of performance earlier this year," she said.
