A new £11.8m school has reached practical completion in Aberdeen.
The council appointed hub North Scotland to deliver the new Brimmond School.
The main contractor for the project was Ogilvie Construction.
The 4,501 sq m facility consists of both classroom and administration space alongside a range of outdoor provision.
Features include a cycle track, a 3G multi-use games area, an adventure playground, a sensory garden and a woodland wildlife area.
The facility also contains an outdoor dining area, communal open space for non-classroom teaching and two roof terraces.
Angus Macfarlane, Chief Executive of hub North Scotland, said: "This isn't simply just a primary school. It's a community facility that will bring a number of benefits to its surrounding area.
"Throughout the construction process, we've actively supported the local economy with the involvement of both suppliers and a workforce with links to the area."
