Almost £1 million is to be spent on upgrading council houses across Falkirk.
Upgrade works will be carried out on a total of 83 properties.
Work is expected to get underway over the summer and will involve replacing rending and roofing at 36 properties in Bo'ness, 27 in Polmont and 20 in Maddiston.
The works will make sure the properties continue to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS).
Cavities will be filled and lofts will be topped-up with insulation to ensure all houses meet the new Energy Efficient Standards for Social Housing (EESSH).
Councillor Gerry Goldie said: "These improvement works are a sign of the Council’s commitment to ensuring our housing stock is maintained to high national standards.
"The total spend will be £923,000 and with the works planned to start soon it won’t be long until tenants in these properties enjoy the benefits of the improvements."
The Council has an £85.7 million Housing Investment Programme over the next three years with a range of improvement works planned and schemes to increase housing stock in place.
