The Scottish Road Partnership (SRP) are inviting the public to attend a motorway improvements drop-in event in Strathclyde.
The exhibition gives residents the opportunity to view SRP's plans for the new road layout and provide an overview of the construction works scheduled for the M8, M73 and M74 motorways.
The improvements at Raigh Junction will require complex traffic management including speed restrictions, temporary lane closures and diversions.
This is to allow excavation works to start on the construction of the A725 underpass.
General Manager of SRP, Gabriel Valtueña-Ramos, said: "The works at Raith are taking place in an extremely restricted area and the biggest challenge is to keep the high volumes of traffic already using this junction moving and to ensure disruption to road users and residents is minimised as far as is practically possible.
"We have planned our works to ensure two lanes will remain operational in each direction across all project roads during peak times, although traffic management and speed restrictions will be in place."
Project Sponsor for Transport Scotland, Graeme Reid, said: "The improvements to Raith Junction will tackle the congestion problems currently experienced by road users at this busy junction and will capitalise on the significant investment being made across the A8/M8, M73 and M74."
The event will take place from 12pm to 8pm at the Holiday Inn Express on 21 May.
