A community park in Glasgow is entering its next phase of development work.
The Camlachie Community Park in the east end of the city has underwent landscaping redevelopment.
Plans for the next phase of work are to create a skate park, a bouldering facility and a natural play and adventure area.
The partnership project is between Glasgow City Council, West of Scotland Housing Association, Forestry Commission Scotland and the local community.
Councillor Archie Graham said: "As one of the council's leading legacy projects I'm pleased to see this site come off our vacant and derelict land register and be turned into a vibrant, green and useable space.
"It's a real asset to the area and the community, which of course they helped shape, and I look forward to seeing it progress further over the next couple of years with the creation of the play areas and wildlife habitat."
The Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) has provided £156,000 from its Development Fund towards the new adventure play facilities.
Dr Aileen Mcleod, Environment Minister, said: "In total, around £510,500 of greenspace funding through the CSGN Development Fund will go towards 13 different greenspace projects across the central belt."
