The new Burntisland Primary School in Fife has been officially handed over to the local authority.
The Council received the keys to the facility from contractor BAM Construction.
The school will welcome its first pupils to the new school in August, in time for the new school session.
Councillor Bryan Poole, Spokesperson for Education, Children, Young People and Families, attended the hand over ceremony and said: "The children have been watching their new school grow from the very first turf cutting right through to completion and the look on their faces as they walk through these doors for the first time will be priceless.
"The new primary school for Burntisland is the fourth school completed under Fife Council's more than £200m Building Fife's Future programme. The project at Toll Park gives the children of Burntisland a school which is fit for 21st century education.
"The new, state-of-the art accommodation means they can expand upon the excellent learning and teaching which already existed at Burntisland. They can learn and grow without the constraints of an old, cramped and inadequate building."
