The Scottish couple who won Britain's largest ever Lottery fortune have got planning permission to turn their four-bedroom home into a luxury manor.
Colin and Chris Weir won £161m in July last year.
They have been given planning permission for an indoor swimming pool, spa room, greenhouses, Roman-style statues and a conservatory at their B-listed home in Largs, Ayshire, the Scotsman has reported.
The couple bought the house - which already boats a cinema, a walled garden and views of the Firth of Clyde - for £850,000.
The Daily Mail previously reported that Mr and Mrs Weir had hired York-based firm Oak Leaf conservatories to carry out the extension work.
The plans were approved by North Ayrshire Council's planning committee after no objections were lodged.
Officials said the developments would be hidden from public view and would not impact on nearby properties or adversely affect the appearance of the area.
The couple have been generous with their cash since hitting the jackpot.
Beneficiaries of their win include young sportspeople, the Scottish National Party's independence campaign, and a neighbour, who the couple gave their old £180,000 to when they moved out.
