CALA has unveiled a new showhome from two of Scotland's top designers at its Kinnaird Gardens development in Larbert.
Renowned interior designers, John Amabile and Carol Yates of Glasgow-based Amabile Design have added their magic to the five-bedroom Inglewood housetype.
Set within historic Larbert, close to the town of Falkirk and just 10 miles from Stirling, the development is CALA's first phase within Kinnaird Village - a new community in the making which will feature a high street with local shops, landscaped spaces ideal for children to play and woodland walks.
John Amabile, also famed for his 60 Minute Makeover television programme, said: "There is an abundance of space and light in the home and this has allowed us to use bold colours throughout to create a modern and chic home which is both ideal for family living and entertaining.
"The Inglewood is a very impressive space and it was great to work with this amount of floorspace."
John feels the home will appeal to those with an eye for detail and those looking for a chic family home.
Linda Peter, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA Homes West said: "John and Carol have created something outstanding and visitors are remarking how inspired and enthused it leaves them."
Kinnaird Gardens features an array of four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses from CALA's contemporary Capital Collection.
The development is situated a short distance from Scotland’s major motorway network with connections to Glasgow and Edinburgh and the mainline rail station at Larbert.
