Clark Contracts has secured a place on Pagabo's Major Works Framework, enhancing its ability to support public sector bodies in delivering major construction and refurbishment schemes.
The framework, expected to be worth up to £5bn over four years, follows the creation of a 10-year strategic delivery partnership between YPO and Pagabo. Under the arrangement, YPO is the centralised procurement authority, while Pagabo manages the framework's design, delivery and ongoing oversight.
Through this route, Clark Contracts will work with clients across Scotland on projects valued from £5m to £30m, spanning education, healthcare, housing, local government and community infrastructure.
With an established presence across Scotland, the company brings extensive experience of complex new-builds, refurbishments, retrofits and fit-outs for public sector organisations. It will engage from the earliest stages, advising on buildability, cost planning, scheduling, sustainability and risk management.
Gordon Cunningham, Managing Director at Clark Contracts said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to Pagabo’s Major Works Framework. This appointment provides another valuable route through which public sector clients can access our experience and work with us from the early stages of their projects. We look forward to working closely with Pagabo and its clients to deliver high-quality projects that provide long-term value, support local communities and contribute to wider economic, environmental and social objectives."
