Shepherd's Let Prime Retail Premises In Kirkintilloch To Salvation Army

J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has let prime retail premises in Kirkintilloch to the Salvation Army on a five year lease at £18,500 pa.

The 1,100 sq ft shop is located at 51 Cowgate, within the town's main retail area, where neighbouring operators include a number of national traders.

Jamie Savage, surveyor at J&E Shepherd said: "This letting to an established national trader is the latest example in a series of recent deals that illustrate the continued popularity of Cowgate as a retail destination."
