Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre which handles around 90% of house deals in Aberdeen has rejected Lloyds TSB Scotland's latest house price index results.
The index points to a fall of 2.8% over the last three months in Aberdeen however the centre has suggested that the city has seen a small rise in the last quarter.
Lloyds TSB, who base figures on their own lending ,said that the only cities to demonstrate an increase in their quarterly figures were Edinburgh and Glasgow.
