Taylor Wimpey Relocate To Glasgow

Taylor Wimpey, one of the UK's largest house builders, has confirmed its plans to relocate its Bryant West of Scotland operation to Wilson Bowden's Gateway Office Park in Glasgow.

The company was advised by the Glasgow office of DTZ, and has signed a 10-year lease at Wilson Bowden's Gateway Office Park in Glasgow to allow the company to re-locate.

Jeremy Smart of Wilson Bowden said: "We are delighted to have attracted Taylor Wimpey to Gateway Glasgow. A corporate occupier of this stature confirms the high quality of office accommodation provided within a location which is second to none in terms of accessibility to Central Scotland's motorway network, being located immediately adjacent to junction 1 of the M74. Taylor Wimpey join BP and Mansell at the Park."

The new Taylor Wimpey office for the Bryant West Scotland team is a key part of the company’s strategy as it aims to consolidate and grow its position in the west of Scotland.
