Warmworks and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) have renewed their strategic partnership for 2026-27, with the organisations continuing their work to support social landlords in delivering warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient homes.

The renewed partnership comes as housing associations and co-operatives face ongoing challenges around proposed net zero standards, funding availability and the need to address fuel poverty. Through the agreement, Warmworks will continue to work with SFHA members by sharing expertise and practical guidance on energy efficiency improvements and retrofit delivery.

Since launching in 2015, Warmworks has supported more than 50,000 households across Scotland to improve the energy efficiency of their homes and reduce heating challenges.

The partnership aims to help social landlords navigate the transition towards clean heat while supporting efforts to meet Scotland's net zero ambitions and improve access to affordable warmth for tenants.
