Housebuilder CCG (Scotland) collected three honours at the 2026 Scottish Home Awards, including the first-ever Affordable Housebuilder of the Year title, alongside further recognition for sustainability and regeneration.
CCG (Scotland) picked up three major prizes at the ceremony on Thursday 18 June 2026, highlighting the strength of its delivery, its consistent leadership on sustainability and the positive results of its partnership-led regeneration across Scotland.
The company was named the inaugural Affordable Housebuilder of the Year, acknowledging its record of delivering high-quality affordable homes at scale while responding to the needs of communities nationwide.
CCG also secured an unprecedented third consecutive win for Excellence in Sustainability, reaffirming its leadership in creating environmentally responsible homes and pushing innovation across the housing sector.
In collaboration with Caledonia Housing Association, the firm was additionally recognised with Housing Regeneration Development of the Year for the Whiteford Avenue project in Bellsmyre, West Dunbartonshire.
That development is one of several phases planned in the area, intended to meet local housing demand while delivering wider community benefits, including employment opportunities and youth training.
Another CCG scheme, St Andrews Drive Phase 2 & 3 in Pollokshields — delivered for Southside Housing Association and designed by JM Architects — won Social Housing Development of the Year (Over 100 Units). Meanwhile, CCG Homes, the group’s private housing arm, received a Highly Commended in the Starter Home of the Year category for its West Shore development.
Partnership working is central to CCG’s approach, with most clients commissioning projects directly due to the firm’s strong reputation. This model is helping to address localised housing needs more quickly while creating lasting economic, social and environmental benefits.
David Wylie, Managing Director at CCG, said: "Housing, particularly affordable housebuilding, and sustainability are ingrained in our DNA, so to have won these awards makes us extremely proud.
"They are a reflection of our ongoing commitment to the housing sector and what can be achieved through partnership working, while being a testament to the efforts of our people, without whom we would not have received such prestigious recognition.
"While it is important to celebrate these achievements, they also reinforce our determination to continue creating high-quality homes, supporting communities and delivering lasting social value across Scotland."
