Offers Invited For Prime Newburgh Land Parcel In Fife

DM Hall, an independent Scottish firm of chartered surveyors, has brought to market a prime 0.75-acre development site on Shorehead Road in Newburgh, KY14 6BH, at a guide price of £250,000.

Newburgh is a vibrant village with a wide selection of local amenities, including a doctors' surgery, vet, post office, mobile banking, garage, primary school, independent retailers, pubs and cafes. The area also offers attractive walks along the waterfront, through the park and into the surrounding hills.

Close to the Perthshire border, the village provides convenient access to Perth as well as the Fife market towns of Cupar and St Andrews, all of which offer extensive services.

The land has previously been used as a smallholding and for a furniture warehouse business. It lies within the village settlement boundary, with the local development plan available to view on the Fife Council website.

Positioned behind a co-op supermarket car park and adjacent to residential properties, the plot has been recently cleared. It benefits from direct access onto Shorehead Road, with water already on site and other services nearby.

Jennifer Campbell, of DM Hall's rural department and overseeing the sale, said: "rarely available to the open market, this prime site within a pretty village location, may be suitable for a number of end uses and is an exciting offering to the marketplace.

"Our client is seeking offers in the region of £250,000 for the heritable interest and all viewing enquiries should be directed to the rural team either by email at [email protected] or on 01786 833 800."
