AC Whyte has confirmed it is moving into the next phase of its ongoing programme with East Ayrshire Council, strengthening a long-standing partnership.
Planned for delivery in 2026/27, the new stage will see upgrades to a number of homes in Darvel under a contract valued at around £4m. The work forms part of the council's continuing investment to improve housing quality, increase energy efficiency and enhance the long-term performance of its housing stock.
This latest award builds on the successful completion of earlier phases across East Ayrshire, reflecting confidence in AC Whyte's capability to deliver high-quality refurbishment and retrofit works safely and efficiently, with residents at the centre of the process.
Through the programme, AC Whyte will continue to apply its expertise in large-scale housing improvements, supporting the council in enhancing homes, improving energy performance and achieving positive outcomes for local communities.
The company said it looks forward to continuing the partnership and working collaboratively to deliver further improvements across East Ayrshire.
