Ryden has secured the title of Industrial Agency Team of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards 2026. The accolade follows a landmark year for the firm, which previously held the same title in 2022 and 2024, further cementing its leading position within the Scottish commercial property sector.
The award recognises a year of significant transactional volume, during which Ryden's Industrial Agency team completed 250 property transactions. The firm also provided strategic advice on more than 3 million sq ft of speculative industrial development.
Key deals highlighted during the awards included the letting of 56,281 sq ft at 101 Centre Street in Glasgow and 38,617 sq ft at Starlaw Park in Livingston. Additionally, the team handled the acquisition of 67,376 sq ft for Odjfell Drilling, which stands as the largest industrial transaction in Aberdeen for 2025. The judges also noted Ryden's ongoing role in the EDI Approach at Newbridge, a 60-acre master-planned logistics flagship.
The panel also highlighted the increased capabilities resulting from Ryden's strategic partnership with Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH). This collaboration has integrated additional expertise into Ryden's Scottish operations while maintaining its local market focus.
Alan Gilkison, Managing Partner at Ryden, said: "Winning Industrial Agency Team of the Year is an outstanding achievement and a real endorsement of the quality, commitment and collaboration across the business. This award reflects both the scale of transactions we are delivering, and the depth of expertise and reliability our clients depend on. Our partnership with LSH has strengthened our operations at exactly the right time, allowing us to support clients across increasingly complex requirements while remaining firmly rooted in local markets. This award recognition is a powerful signal of Ryden's continued momentum and long-term growth strategy."
As part of the LSH Group, Ryden continues to operate as a prominent independent commercial property practice, offering expertise across the entire property lifecycle from its established network in Scotland and across the UK.
