Energy efficiency specialist Warmworks has secured Investors in People (IiP) Platinum accreditation for the third consecutive time, reaffirming its values-led culture and workplace standards.

The latest IiP assessment report found that Warmworks maintained Platinum status during a period of significant expansion, increasing complexity and rapid scaling. The report concluded that sustaining this performance while more than doubling turnover and widening impact demonstrates a robust culture, strong leadership and clear alignment around purpose.

Warmworks first achieved the We Invest in People Platinum standard at its initial assessment in 2019, becoming only the second organisation in Scotland to reach the highest level at the first attempt.

It was re-accredited at the same level in 2022 and has now renewed its Platinum status for a further three years. Only 7% of organisations achieve We Invest in People at Platinum level, placing Warmworks among the top performers globally for people management.
