The 2025 Scottish Roofing Awards luncheon was held on Friday, 24 October 2025, at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow, celebrating the year's top contractors and projects across the country's roofing sector.

The awards, which highlight exceptional skill and quality in various construction categories, saw a diverse range of winners.

In the key construction categories, Procladd (Scotland) Ltd took the crown for Flat Roofing for their work on Fife College (Dunfermline Learning College). Premier Specialist Roofing Contractors won the Leadwork category for their refurbishment of the Kings Theatre in Glasgow, while DM Roofing & Roughcasting Ltd won for Heritage Roofing for their work on Auchendennan House, Loch Lomond.

In the larger project and cladding categories, JM Roofing Specialists Ltd won the Multi-discipline project over £250K for Maybury Primary School in Edinburgh, and Fowler McKenzie Ltd won the award for Sheeting & Cladding for their work on Ardgowan Distillery.

Other winners included Site Sealants Ltd for Green Roofing (Tynecastle Student Accommodation), TCT Industrial Roofing Ltd for Reinforced Bituminous Membranes (Egger Barony), The Evana Group Ltd for Roof Slating (King George V Pavilion), AIM Developments Ltd for Single Ply (Robin House), and Ashton Building Systems (Scotland) Ltd for Solar (J Smart & Co Head Offices).

Industry Skills Recognised

The industry's commitment to future talent was also acknowledged, with the prestigious Ronnie Forsyth Young Roofer of the Year Award being presented to Daniel Scattergood of Marley Contract Services.

Scott Miller, NFRC Scotland Chair, offered congratulations: "We're very pleased to be able to recognise and celebrate the achievements of this year's winners, all of whom are immensely deserving of the accolades and beat impressive competition."
