Marion Forbes, a Director at AC Whyte, has been appointed to the newly formed advisory board for Female Leaders in Construction (FLIC).

FLIC is a UK-wide network that is dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and championing female leaders in the industry. Its goal is to create opportunities for women to thrive and to drive meaningful change in the evolving construction sector.

With over 25 years of experience in organisational change and strategic leadership, Marion Forbes plays a central role in AC Whyte’s growth. She leads initiatives that focus on enhancing business performance, strengthening organisational capability, and driving continuous improvement.

Her appointment to the FLIC advisory board is a recognition of her commitment to fostering innovation and her contributions to the wider industry, which includes her work with the CITB Scottish Council. The CITB, or Construction Industry Training Board, is the industry training board for the construction sector in England, Scotland, and Wales.
