CCG Secures 18 Nominations At Herald Property Awards

Eight developments delivered by CCG (Scotland) have reached the finals of this year's Herald Property Awards for Scotland, with the winners set to be announced on 25 September.

The company has secured a total of 18 project nominations across five categories, commemorating its work in both the affordable and private housing sectors.

Among the projects vying for a win is the already quadruple award-winning Water Row, along with Western Villages, which has been nominated for four awards, including the prestigious Development of the Year.

For more than 20 years, The Herald Property Awards have been a highlight for developers, estate agents, and others involved in transforming Scotland's housing and commercial landscape. The awards are unique in that every single property and development is visited in person by two members of a distinguished panel of judges. The nominations recognise CCG's approach and commitment to innovation and sustainability.
