Ark Estates Acquires Prominent Alness Commercial Properties

Ark Estates has acquired two prominent commercial properties in Alness, Ardroy House and Culcraggie House, from BT.

The acquisition of Culcraggie House will secure the future of Fyrish Gymnastics Club, which has been a long-term tenant of the property. Ark Estates has offered the club a heavily discounted lease agreement, ensuring its continued operation in Alness.

"I’m delighted to have acquired these two prominent Alness commercial buildings," said Willie Gray, Managing Director of Ark Estates. "We are anticipating a high level of interest in Ardroy House and it’s a privilege to be able to secure the future of Fyrish Gymnastics Club at Culcraggie House."

Ark Estates emphasised its commitment to ESG principles, stating that supporting the local community is central to its business operations.
