Taylor Hopkinson, a leading global renewable energy recruitment specialist, has secured a new 10,812 sq ft office space at 6 Atlantic Quay in Glasgow city centre.
The company, which has been based in Glasgow since 2009, will relocate to the third floor of the 70,000 sq ft fully refurbished office building in May 2025.
Avison Young, which previously assisted Taylor Hopkinson in securing their current office space, acted as the company's real estate advisor for this transaction.
"It was a pleasure to once again work with Taylor Hopkinson to find their ideal office space in Glasgow," said Michael Facenna, Director, Agency and Transactions at Avison Young. "As a business in the renewables sector, we knew that sustainability would be top of mind. Thanks to our team’s expertise in the local office market, we’re delighted to have been able to negotiate a new space in 6 Atlantic Quay, which has been refurbished and modernised to an exceptional standard to achieve EPC A."
"As one of Europe’s clean energy hubs, Glasgow is leading the charge in the renewables sector, and we are proud that our HQ has been based here since 2009," said Fiona McRae, Managing Director at Taylor Hopkinson. "Our valued client base and fantastic team continues to grow, so we needed an office space that provided a flexible and comfortable environment while also meeting our ESG goals."
