The state-of-the-art facility, which is the largest construction materials testing lab in Scotland, is part of Igne's strategic expansion plan. The company is also set to open a new laboratory in Daventry, England, in early 2025.

The Bellshill lab offers a range of testing services, including concrete compliance and thermal resistivity. It is equipped with advanced technology, including SpectraQEST LIMS for concrete testing. Additionally, the lab has two mobile laboratories for on-site testing.
