The City of Edinburgh Council is inviting bids from contractors for its £100 million Contractor Works Framework. This four-year initiative covers repair, maintenance, and improvement works across a range of public buildings, including schools, libraries, and social work facilities.

Lot 1 of the framework, which focuses on mechanical, electrical, and public health installation works, including water services, could be of particular interest to plumbing and heating firms.
