Clark Contracts employees have once again shown their commitment to community engagement by volunteering at Silverburn Park in Leven. On Thursday, 21st November, 16 members of the team spent their day planting over 400 trees and carrying out other landscaping tasks.
This latest volunteering effort builds on previous work with Fife Employment Access Trust, including a painting and planting project in March 2023. The company's ongoing involvement in the area is further strengthened by their current project at the historic Flax Mill, which will be transformed into a multi-use community space.
Clark Contracts' commitment to social responsibility extends beyond individual volunteering efforts. The company offers all employees one paid working day per year to support a charity of their choice, enabling thousands of hours of community service annually. This year, employees have contributed to various causes, including ACCORD Hospice, Refuweegee, and Alzheimer Scotland.
