Avant Homes Scotland has released the final six family homes for sale at its Hawthornden development in Rosewell.
Located on Shiel Hall Row, the development is just a short drive from Edinburgh and surrounded by the Midlothian countryside.
The final homes all benefit from Avant Homes' signature practical design and energy efficiency and are available with a range of incentives. These include my move made easy and extras such as flooring included in the price on certain plots.
The Westbury features a spacious hallway downstairs leading to a modern open plan kitchen/dining space, with French doors opening into the rear garden. Beyond this is a generous open-plan living area with bi-fold doors giving access to the rear garden and giving an airy feel to the space.
There is a separate living room just off the hallway, and downstairs is completed by a WC, utility room and handy under-stairs storage cupboard. The Westbury also boasts an internal double garage.
Upstairs, two main bedrooms benefit from a private ensuite shower room, whilst two double bedrooms are served by the family bathroom. There is also an additional storage cupboard on the landing.
Avant Homes Scotland sales and marketing director, Lisa Archibald, said: "Our Hawthornden development has been proven extremely popular from the outset and we now have just six homes left for sale.
"Hawthornden is a great example of our commitment to providing quality new homes for everyone, helping people make their ideal next move a reality and creating new communities where we build.
"We don't anticipate that these final homes will be available for long, so encourage any prospective buyers to get in touch with our sales team to discuss how we can tailor a bespoke offer for them."
