SELECT's New EV Training Course Awarded Prestigious SQA Rating

SELECT's new electric vehicle (EV) charge point installation course

has been awarded Level 7 rating on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF).

The prestigious rating has been awarded by the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) for the one-day Electric Vehicle Charging Installations Course.

Making the announcement, an SQA representative said: "We are pleased to confirm that the rater and vetter agree with your proposal that the Customised Award in Electric Vehicle Charging Installations be Credit Rated at SCQF Level 7."

Welcoming the rating, SELECT Training Manager Jenny Cryans said: "We are delighted with this outcome which reflects the excellent work involved by our trainers in the development of the course.

"SQA have been really helpful and assisted with the course development and completion of the application forms."

The Training team is currently going through the final approval application process and as soon as this has been agreed, course dates will be released.
