Maxi Construction has scooped a contract, worth over £1 million, from Glasgow Caledonian University for refurbishment works at its city-centre student accommodation site, Caledonian Court.

The fast-track project for the refurbishment of three blocks of student accommodation includes new kitchen and bathroom facilities, M&E installations including upgraded energy efficient heating, door refurbishment, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and furniture.

John Aitchison, Maxi Construction’s Managing Director, said: "We are delighted to be working with Glasgow Caledonian University to deliver upgraded student accommodation facilities for the university and their students."
