New Eliburn Housing Development Approved

West Lothian Council's Development Management Committee has granted planning permission for a new development in Eliburn.

132 new homes and associated infrastructure and landscaping are to be developed at a site north of Houston Road and East of School House Road in Eliburn, Livingston.

The 6.83ha site is currently vacant land which is accessed off School House Road. The development comprises 33 affordable housing units set in the north east corner of the site.

The remainder of the 99 homes are for private sale.

Network Rail are the current owners of the site and the applicant is BDW Trading Ltd.
