A new build-to-rent project in Glasgow from Holmes Miller and KR Developments, has been granted planning permission.

Beith Street is Holmes Miller's third build-to-rent project in Glasgow, and at 424 units is our largest to date. It is ideally placed - close to Glasgow University Western Campus, overlooking the River Kelvin, adjacent Partick Interchange - to benefit from the rental market and support the economic growth in the West End.

The development contains four residential towers sitting perpendicular to the Kelvin with open landscape in between, a continuation of the riverside walkway, internal amenity including café and gym and spectacular rooftop terrace gardens.
