420 New Homes To Be Built In Glenrothes

Keepmoat Homes are to deliver 420 new homes at a new development in Glenrothes, following the completion of the purchase of land at Westwood Park.

A range of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom houses are to be built on the vacant site north of Foxton Drive in the south of Glenrothes. 10% of the development will be allocated for affordable housing.

Fife Council previously granted planning permission for the development in February 2021.

Work is due to get underway this year and be completed by 2030.
