Construction News Image
Argyll and Bute Council have announced that they are looking for a buyer for the former Bridge of Orchy Primary School and Schoolhouse.

The old schoolhouse is located in a beautiful location, making it an ideal base for a residential or commercial development.

Situated on a prominent 0.41 acre site close to the village's railway station, the property offers a perfect work-life balance.

Part of a vibrant community, the buildings are only a short distance from one of Scotland's most scenic walks, the 95-mile West Highland Way, which runs from Milngavie to Fort William.

There is also a separate building within the grounds. The site is served by mains electricity, private water supplies and connected to a private sewerage system.

The Council invites offers for the property with the closing date set for 12 noon on Thursday 30th September 2021.
