ScottishPower has joined business leaders and employers across Scotland to reassure young people of the value and recognition of their achievements as they await this year's SQA results.
The firm said that like their colleagues across the country, ScottishPower has committed to helping create job opportunities for young people and supporting young people to have a positive future.
ScottishPower said: "Employers like us need young people with fresh ideas and experience to get involved and work together with us to tackle big challenges, such as climate change.
"ScottishPower supports the ambition of the Young Person's Guarantee and its commitment that within two years, every young person aged between 16 and 24, will have the opportunity of a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training programme or volunteering.
"This is our #CommitmentToYOUth."
