CCG Homes have won the 'Best Family Home' Award at the Herald Property Awards for 2019.

At the annual awards, CCG also received two commendations for their flagship development, Riverford Gardens.

Located in the south side of Glasgow, Riverford Gardens consists of 156 homes and is set to be fully completed by the end of 2020. The award commemorates the 4-bedroom Terraced Villa, a modern interpretation of the Glasgow South terraced home, that forms part of a wider masterplan that includes one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom semi-detached houses.

Commendations were awarded for 'Best Apartment' and 'Development of the Year'.

Riverford Gardens has been a sales hit for CCG Homes since its sales launch in September 2018 with one-third of all properties sold, and purchasers are invited to visit the stunning Apartment and Terraced Villa Show Homes for an insight into one of the most sought-after developments for sale in Glasgow today.
