Embodying the contempory, sophisticated and innovative, Servaclean have said that they are proud to have worked on the "latest and greatest" project from PB Development Company (PB Devco).
Situated at 254 Union Street, Aberdeen, and offering a unique experience and authentic atmosphere, Vovem Meat & Liquor is a bar and steakhouse of the likes Aberdeen has never seen before.
When approached by Paul Clarkson, of PB Devco, he explained his ideas to Servaclean; what he wanted the bar to achieve from an operational point of view, oh… "and that he wanted the venue to include a secret basement bar".
This was no problem for team Servaclean, by the nature of their bar planning process and functional modular stainless-steel bar building system.
The Servaclean fixed bar system is suitable for all shapes and sizes, even secret bars. Their bar systems are capable of supporting any type of counter top and front panelling, as shown in the image above.
Servaclean explained: "Through detailed conversation with Paul, we explored that the bar would serve up a diverse range of spirits, beer and soft drinks, with a large emphasis on their specially crafted cocktail menu.
"From this information we were able to design and plan a functional bar system that would maximise behind the bar efficiency. This project is another great example of how we create a purpose designed bar for operation – you may have seen a recent article on The College, Aberdeen which is also operated by PB Devco."
