Housebuilder Gives Out 'Magic Keys' So Santa Can Visit Chimney-Free Homes

Construction News Image
No chimney? No problem! Local housebuilder gives away 'magic keys' for children to help Santa visit this Christmas Eve

Housebuilder, David Wilson Homes' North East, is helping Santa Claus deliver festive cheer in Barnard Castle this Christmas, by giving away 'magic keys' to local children who live in houses without chimneys.

All of the new homes at David Wilson Homes' development, Five Acres in Barnard Castle, are chimney free, so children who live at the development and in the surrounding area can visit the development's sales office to collect their very special 'magic keys' until Christmas Eve this December. This will ensure that Father Christmas can still deliver some seasonal magic (and presents!) to all homes this year, despite not having access to his traditional entrance.

Five Acres is a development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes situated in the market town of Barnard Castle, located on the banks of the River Tees in Durham.

Christie Edge, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes North East: "We want to ensure that children needn't worry about Santa reaching them this Christmas Eve, including the children who live in our new homes across the North East. We are encouraging all parents in the area to visit our sales office with their children to come and pick up their free 'magic key' before December 24th so everyone can wake up to some presents under the tree this Christmas!"
