CCG Asset Management has begun work to replace 47 kitchens in the Roystonhill area of Glasgow.
The contract, awarded by Spire View Housing Association, also includes 48 boiler renewals.
The work will be delivered across a five week period.
CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "Spire View Housing Association is a client that CCG Asset Management knows well and we look forward to working together again on this contract. All of the properties were surveyed prior to the works commencing to ensure that our site team was aware of any particular tenants needs. Once we are in the property, our trademark care and efficiency will ensure that the impact of the works on the day-to-day lives of the resident will be kept to a minimum."
Spire View's Depute Director, Mags Brownlie, added: "The Association is very happy to be working with CCG again and we look forward to a smooth and efficient installation process with our tenants being highly satisfied once all works have been completed."
