Glasgow-based developers Nixon Blue is to turn the former Gospel Hall in Dennistoun into new residential accommodation.
The plans were approved by Glasgow City Council after changes were made to the initial proposals.
The new residential build, at the corner of Finlay Drive and Armadale Street, will comprise of two and three-bedroom apartments with associated parking.
Nixon Blue initially proposed 31 flats which were a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with eight parking spaces, however having listened to local concerns, the company amended its proposal to 27 apartments and raised the parking allocation to 15 spaces.
