A new 137-home development is to be built in Neilston after Taylor Wimpey West Scotland gained planning permission.
East Renfrewshire Council approved the plans, involving the development of a range of two, three and four bedroom homes.
The plans also include the creation of a woodland area to the east of the development, along with a substantial play area.
The new homes will be located on a 15 acre site off Neilston Road, which was identified for housing in the Local Development Plan.
Planning Permission in Principle was granted in March 2016.
Construction work is expected to begin later this month.
