Work has begun on the development of 28 flats in Dundee city centre.
The site at Trades Lane will be transformed from the former McLeish's warehouse into new modern homes.
Retail space and a storage unit for bikes will also be built as part of the project.
Trades Lane will be closed for 11 months while the work takes place.
Dundee architects James Paul Associates developed the plans for the project, which were approved last year.
