Plans Submitted New Mixed-Use Development In Dundee

Bruton Design have submitted plans for a new mixed-use development on Marketgait in Dundee.

The development comprises 43 flats and a ground floor retail unit.

The formal application will be the conclusion to 18 months of dialogue with the Planning Department, as well as coordination with Waterman Group who have acted as external consultant for the project.
